Terms of sale and use

These terms of sale and use (T&Cs) govern access to the site studiovallor.fr as well as distance sales of printed art posters concluded between Studio Vallor, established in France, and the customer, consumer or professional.

Any browsing on the site and any order imply full acceptance of these terms. Studio Vallor reserves the right to update them; the applicable version is the one in force on the day of the visit or the order, dated on each legal page.

The site is published and the products are sold by Studio Vallor, SIREN 883 565 780, VAT FR80883565780, established in France, reachable at contact@studiovallor.com. The site is freely accessible to any user with an internet connection. Connection costs remain the user’s responsibility. An account is not required to order; it may be created at payment or later.

The user undertakes to provide accurate information and to use the service only for its intended purpose: browsing the catalogue and ordering posters. Any fraudulent use may lead to refusal of the order and, where applicable, suspension of the account.

Studio Vallor sells printed art posters, offered in different formats, papers and framing options. Photographs and descriptions on the site are provided for illustration. They do not bind Studio Vallor beyond the essential characteristics of the product as displayed at the time of the order. Slight variations in colour or crop may occur depending on printing.

Posters are printed on demand after payment (dropshipping). Studio Vallor does not hold stock. A workshop in our production network, generally close to the delivery address, prints the poster then hands the parcel to a carrier (postal operator, DHL, UPS or equivalent, depending on the country). Delivery is not carried out by Mondial Relay.

The customer selects the poster, the desired options and the quantity, then provides contact details and the delivery address. After payment confirmation, the order is sent to our production network for printing and shipping.

The order is final only after payment confirmation. Studio Vallor reserves the right to refuse an order in the event of inaccurate information, non-payment, suspected fraud or force majeure.

Prices are shown in euros, all taxes included (incl. VAT at the French rate of 20 % unless otherwise stated), for each combination of format, paper and frame. Shipping charges are added to the product price, except when the free-shipping threshold is reached: free shipping from €50.00 spend. Otherwise, delivery is charged €5.99 incl. VAT.

Payment is due at the order. Card payments are collected by Stripe, a secure payment provider (PCI-DSS). Where available, Apple Pay and Google Pay are also offered via Stripe. Studio Vallor does not store bank-card numbers. The charge appears on the statement according to Stripe’s and the bank’s labelling.

Delivery is offered to France, Belgium, Luxembourg and Switzerland, to the address provided at checkout. The indicative time, including printing, is 3 à 5 jours ouvrés after payment confirmation. Times are indicative and may vary with production load, the carrier chosen for the shipment and customs formalities (notably for Switzerland). Detailed terms appear on the Shipping & returns page. In accordance with articles L. 221-18 et seq. of the French Consumer Code, the consumer customer has 14 days from receipt to exercise the right of withdrawal, without having to give a reason. Studio Vallor also grants a commercial period of 30 days to return a poster, under the conditions described on the Shipping & returns page. Shipping & returns

Print-on-demand posters made to the customer’s choices (format, paper, frame) may fall under the exception for goods made to specifications or clearly personalised (article L. 221-28 of the French Consumer Code). Studio Vallor nevertheless maintains the commercial 30-day return described above for unused posters in their original condition, carefully protected.

The customer benefits from the legal guarantee of conformity (articles L. 217-3 et seq. of the French Consumer Code), which lasts two years from delivery, and the guarantee against hidden defects (articles 1641 et seq. of the French Civil Code), under the conditions provided by law. These guarantees apply independently of any commercial return policy.

Studio Vallor is responsible for the proper performance of the order vis-à-vis the customer, including when printing and shipping are subcontracted to a production partner. Its liability cannot be engaged in the event of inaccurate delivery information provided by the customer, non-conforming use of the site, or force majeure (including a lasting failure of a technical provider, Stripe or a production partner, a strike or a natural disaster).

Data collected to use the site or process the order (including transmission to Stripe and our production partner, and Umami audience measurement) are used under the conditions described in the privacy policy. Privacy policy

These terms are governed by French law. In the event of a dispute, an amicable solution will be sought first via contact@studiovallor.com.

In accordance with articles L. 611-1 et seq. of the French Consumer Code, the consumer customer may have free recourse to a consumer mediator. The contact details of the competent mediator are provided on request. The customer may also use the European online dispute-resolution platform: https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
