Studio Vallor ships posters in metropolitan France. Indicative delivery time is 3 à 5 jours ouvrés after payment confirmation. Shipping is free from €50.00. Below that, home delivery is €5.99 and Mondial Relay pickup is €3.99.
Write to us as soon as possible through this form, with your order number. Once the parcel has shipped, a change or cancellation is no longer always possible.
You have 30 days after receipt to return a poster, in addition to the 14-day legal withdrawal period. Send it back in its original condition, carefully protected, and mention your order number in this form.
We do not currently offer fully custom posters. For a special project or collaboration, tell us about it through this form — we read every message.
You can order each poster unframed or with a frame, then choose the finish: natural oak, dark oak, matte black or matte white.
We accept bank card, Apple Pay and Google Pay, processed securely by Stripe. No card data is stored on our servers.
