1. Our commitment

2. Contact us
For any request, write to contact@studiovallor.com stating your order number (for example SV-XXXXXXXX) and the email used at payment. contact@studiovallor.com
We aim to reply within 24 working hours. A photo of the packaging or poster speeds things up.
3. Order tracking
As soon as the parcel is shipped, a tracking email is sent to you with the number and link provided by the carrier. The indicative delivery time, including printing, is 3 à 5 jours ouvrés.
4. Returns and withdrawal
