Shipping & returns

After payment, the order is sent to our print-on-demand partner (dropshipping). A workshop in its network prints the poster, generally close to the delivery address, then hands the parcel to a carrier partner (depending on the country: postal operator, DHL, UPS or equivalent). Studio Vallor does not hold stock and does not dispatch parcels itself. Delivery is not carried out by Mondial Relay.

The shipping method used is the standard service of our production network. Tracking (number and link) is sent as soon as the carrier provides it.

Studio Vallor delivers posters to France, Belgium, Luxembourg and Switzerland. The indicative time, including printing, is 3 à 5 jours ouvrés after payment confirmation. Communicated times are indicative and may vary with production, the carrier and, for Switzerland, customs formalities.

Shipping is free from €50.00 spend. Below that, delivery to the address provided is charged €5.99 incl. VAT.

You have 30 days after receipt to return a poster, in addition to the statutory 14-day right of withdrawal for consumers. The work must be unused, in its original condition and carefully protected. Write to contact@studiovallor.com stating your order number. We will then tell you how to proceed (return or, where appropriate, reprint).

If damage is visible on receipt, report it to the carrier where possible and contact us within 48 working hours with photographs. Studio Vallor then proceeds with a reprint or a refund, as appropriate.
